Industrial IT consulting and strategy: give purpose to your digital transformation
Before investing in a new solution, you need to know where you stand and where you are heading. We audit your existing landscape and build a realistic roadmap with you.

Who is it for?
Executive management, IT departments, and industrial and technical departments preparing a PLM, ERP, MES or EAM project, or seeking to restore coherence to an industrial IT landscape built up in successive layers.
Common situations
- You are preparing to replace a PLM, ERP or MES system and want to scope the project before going to tender.
- Your industrial IT landscape has been built up in layers and manual re-entry between departments keeps increasing.
- A merger, a new site or a new programme means rethinking how your tools are organised.
- Your management expects a well-argued roadmap before committing a budget.
Your objectives
- Gain a clear view of the current landscape: processes, applications, flows and data
- Identify pain points and business priorities
- Define a coherent target functional architecture
- Build a step-by-step roadmap that fits your resources
What we do
We meet the business teams (engineering, manufacturing engineering, production, quality, maintenance, purchasing), map the processes and applications, then analyse the breaks in digital continuity. We then propose a target functional architecture and the scenarios for achieving it.
We look at the entire chain, from engineering to after-sales service. We identify the data that does not flow properly (items, bills of materials, routings, manufacturing orders, equipment) and the architecture decisions that will make it reliable.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an audit take?
It depends on the scope (one site or several, one component or the entire industrial IT landscape). We define it together during scoping.
What are your ties with software vendors?
We start from your needs and compare suitable solutions. We are a Dassault Systèmes CSI partner and say so transparently whenever their solutions fall within scope.
Does the assessment commit you to the rest of the project?
No. The deliverables belong to you and can serve as the basis for a tender, whether or not CNEXT is subsequently selected.
How do we get started?
To get started, an initial conversation is all it takes: you present your context and objectives, and we propose an approach and the right profiles. We can begin with a short scoping assignment before committing for the longer term.
